My Story
About Natalia

I'm a Clinical Psychologist and Certified Coach based in Lahore, with over 8 years of experience and 150+ clients supported through anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and the quieter, harder-to-name pain of simply feeling stuck. My work sits at the intersection of clinical psychology and coaching — because healing and growth aren't separate processes, they're the same one.
I trained as a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, then went further — becoming a Master Coach, CBT Practitioner, NLP Coach, Timeline Therapist, and Trauma Buster Therapist. I did that deliberately: no single method works for every person or every problem, and clients deserve someone who can reach for the right tool rather than force every issue into the same framework.
My philosophy is simple: therapy shouldn't take years to make a difference, and it shouldn't leave you dependent on a weekly appointment forever. Most of my clients see meaningful, lasting change within 18–30 sessions — because the goal from day one is to hand you tools you carry for life, not a standing slot on my calendar.
Outside of session work, I care deeply about making mental health support in Pakistan feel less clinical and less intimidating — a space that feels like a sanctuary, not a waiting room.

Training & Modalities
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
A structured, evidence-based approach that helps you identify the thought patterns driving unhelpful feelings and behaviors — and replace them with ones that actually serve you.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
A coaching method that works with the language and mental patterns behind your habits, helping you reprogram automatic reactions into deliberate ones.
Timeline Therapy
A technique for locating the root moment behind a limiting belief or emotional pattern, and resolving it at the source rather than managing its symptoms.
Trauma Buster
A gentle, structured method for processing traumatic memories so they lose their emotional charge — without requiring you to relive the event in detail.
